The Bourne Tennis Club
THE BOURNE CLUB is a members’ owned rackets Club that also provides bridge, a gym, table tennis and an active social calendar for its members.
The Club is located just outside the historical market town of Farnham and occupies a prime location in the heart of the Bourne district where it has been providing racquets facilities since the 1920s.
The rackets sections offer Club nights, internal leagues and coaching programmes for all levels of play and for all ages. Each sport enjoys a high profile in the local and county leagues and members who play at social, county, national and international level. We offer excellent sports facilities, with on-line booking system, including:
five floodlit multi-surface tennis courts and one indoor tennis court
floodlit padel court
Winter ‘Bubble’ for two outdoor courts
five badminton courts
four squash courts
It is a friendly Club with an informal atmosphere offering a wide range of facilities for families and members. There is a large lounge with a bar and catering facilities and a large screen television for major sporting and social events, encouraging members to ‘play and stay’.
As a members’ Club it is run by a management committee consisting of elected members and a full-time manager, who is responsible for the organisation and running of the Club. The aim of the Club is to protect and develop its facilities and services for the benefit of its members.
Our Club bar and lounge, accompanied by our spacious Hall, makes an excellent venue for all kinds of social functions.
Our Caterers can provide a variety of food options to complement your party.
